Okay, so I'm back on the weight loss journey! First I feel I must explain why I fell off the wagon! Well literally I did just that, I fell and injured myself and well it seemed that my leg/knee never seemed to get better. It seems that I ended up with Sciatica that is mainly occurring with pain in my leg more closely located to the outside of my right knee. I had been signed up for a 5K in October 2012 and had started to train for the race 2 days before I fell and injured my leg and went to physical therapy for weeks upon weeks, which that helped heal the ligament damage, but the sciatica is still there. So, I am going ahead with a limited exercise routine with many stretches included working myself back into an exercise routine. I may never get back to the p90x and insanity high impact aerobics I used to do 3 times a week, which I miss with a passion, but I will find an exercise routine that I can still burn calories with and not be totally bored with and not totally hurt myself with. I'm simply starting with walking and stretching and some upper body weight training. So, thus begins the journey. I lost 100 lbs in a year before I can do it again and this time I will continue with the physical acitvity. One day will run again and I hope to run a 5k again. I hope that will be in 2013.
