Pissed at myself for today's cheat...my gosh I've been struggling to even get close to 1,000 of the 1,600 calories I'm supposed to eat in a day because of the food I'm eating and I eat shit today and in just one sitting I'm over the 1,600 calories! Just fucking maddening!
