Tuesday, January 1, 2013 " H A P P Y N E W YEAR "
Good Evening Dear Diary, A pretty chilly day. My day started at
9:30 A.M. It was suppose to freeze overnight, however it DIDN'T.
Our overnight low temp was 33 degrees and our day time high
was only 34 degrees.
I took Tony over to Safeway to get his DSHS $$ and afew groceries.
I spent the rest of the day at home watching insperational weight
losing shows. Since I slept in this Morning, I didn't nap this
Afternoon.
My Carb counting continues to be going well. Not much else going
on. I'll journel more tomorrow. As always, I'M THINKING THIN. ARE
