In today's news... Happy Cinco De Mayo, indeed! :D this week i am down 2.1 pounds. I actually managed to see the number "203" on the scale. yay! only about four pounds away from being under the 200 mark! So in the comming week, i am going to really bump it up. I am actually walking three miles every other day, and on "off" days I like to burn calories by dancing. its a lot of fun, and doesnt even feel like a work out until i notice my legs are sore and i am sweatin up a storm. I have been drinking a lot of water lately, too. Not only to get my 8 glasses in, but to supress my appetite.
Everyone should enjoy today. Not only because its Cinco De Mayo [which i dont even know how i will celebrate], and not only because its a monday, but life is pretty good when you learn to be positive
