Well had to restart my weight history. Seems like getting sick these past 2 months or so really made me gain all 16 pounds I lost back! But, at least I'm back on the wagon. Sorry for another short absence, I had a head cold, and made time to heal from that. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! I did, and I did not over eat :D or endulge that much. I'm proud of myself for that.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 December 2012:

Sickness (unless is the the puking kind) will definitely put a halt to the weightloss. Get back into the groove. Tons of folks will be making new years resolutions.

Glad you are back on track. Those 16 pounds will come off quicker than you think. It always sucks when you've worked hard at losing only to gain them back. I've been there before more than once. The only thing you can really do is plan for the times when you are weak and then pray you can stay away from the comfort foods. Keep trudging on and I know you can do it.
