Lost 3.9 lbs in the last 11 days, which is great. Hopefully I can keep seeing a lower number every week. I'm trying so hard, but for some reason I feel as if I have no energy too work out or do anything. I think I may be depressed again :(. I sure hope not. I hope everyone has been going wonderful.

Good job on the loss. For the lack of energy, are you taking any vitamin supplements? Or do you have others signs that depressive episode may be lingering? I'm here if you need me..

Well done on the loss. This time of year isn't kind people who are prone to depression. All I can suggest is what works with me. If I start to feel that way I take stock and plan to do things that will make me happy. And I listen to music that brings up my mood.
