Well, Christmas wasn't great. After a 2 week hiatus from the gym and the calorie counting plan, I'm up 2.2 lbs. Still down a pound from where I started a month ago, so I didn't totally undo all my progress with Christmas eating.
My juicer is on it's way from Amazon.com and will be here Jan. 2nd. Time to flush out the bad and put in some fruit and veggie goodness!
