Held weight until November 2018 and started packing on the pounds. I remember eating one day and wondering why am I doing this to myself? We had stresses with work, father-in-law passed away and stressing over x-mas. Today I went walking with Janet for an hour with Michi. I've got to loose another whole 32 pounds to get back to 180 where I felt amazing and was in a size 12 verging into some size 10's and 11's. Why don't I learn from this? I have to weigh myself every day and do the work of walking every day until I get this off. At 180 I was only walk/jogging 3 times a week, eating was protein based with no pasta, bread, sweets and I was able to maintain that for over 1.5 years. Right now I feel bloated, upset with myself, I don't look good and am hiding in bigger clothes. I look in the mirror and I don't even want to open my eyes to see what I've done to myself. I'm not exercising anymore and just made a commitment this past Monday to walk every morning so that by June I'll be ready for jogging again with my gals. Gotta make sure I read this at least 2 times a week moving forward.

Size of Pants: 14 fitting well

212.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can do this! No self-recriminations. Life happens to us all. How great is it that you actually know what works for you? Some people are still trying to figure that out. We’re rooting for you!

sadly, I did the same thing and wonder how I allowed myself to get so off track when I felt so good.

Karen, you can do this. You just need to believe in yourself. Life happens, we all go through it, you just need to look forward and not backwards.
