Good Evening Dear Diary, My day started at 8:00 A.M. I can't believe
we finally had a DRY DAY!! I wanted to go for a short walk today,
however I was busy with house work and laundry, so this Evening I
got on my Exercycle and rode it for 12 minutes (1.2 miles).
I took an Afternoon Nap and I watched more Christmas Movies. They
go off the air after January 1, 2013.
Well, my Low Carb eating is going well. As I was saying in my last
journel, I found out in 2009 the I don't matabolize Carbs well, so
if I do Low Carb eating I can lose weight and keep it off, it's just
doing it and meaning it!!!
Well, The Most Wonderful Time Of Year is on now, so I'll close until
tomorrow. I'M THINKING THIN. ARE YOU?....Marlene.
