Not been the best days eating i must say. Been very hungry today but its TOM so im hoping it will settle in the next day or two. Have also been having a bit too much red wine, i reckon. Have signed up for the 50lb challenge. Have got big family holiday(we are doing the Florida experience!) planned in late NOv so it would be great to lose a good few lbs by then. The MOONWALK training continues though im a bit stiff after yesterdays 12 mile walk(actually i must clock it cos I think i did more than 12). I was a bit stiff today- my own fault cos i definitely do not do anyway near enough stretching! Note to self - less alcohol - more stretching - eat better, - water, water, water!!!
