How did I gain 2 pounds? I'm very confused.

According to trainer at gym on Saturday at 10am I weighed 128 pounds and have 18% body fat!!!!
126.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
