So I been taking GNC's Be-Hot for a week and a half. My results are wonderful. I really wasn't taking it for weight loss but did loss. I wanted it mainly to help with toning up.....that it did. My husband looks @ my arms and see's a big difference. It mainly keeps u from feeling so sore. And it has caffeine to aid in your workouts to make u "go hard"! I am able to do a lot more reps AND sets before my mussels r fully tired or exhausted. I read the reviews on it and majority of the woman like it. I noticed that the people who it really agreed with r the ones who say they eat very healthy already and workout five r more days a week. People with caffeine sensitivities it is definitely NOT for u. It just feels good to get closer to my goal for weightlifting. I would love to have less fat and be toned! People daily comment on how I am shrinking before their eyes. Its not weightloss so much as it is getting toned. Maybe when I get to 155 it will look smaller because of being toned.....wishful thinking.
