Despite my disappointment about the apparent weight gain after of a week of those stupid Atkins bars, here are the things that have been in the 'win category'.

I made 2 batches of 96 sugar cookies each, for my daughter. I didn't eat a single one of those cookies. Not one. Not a drop of icing, no cookie dough, nothing.

Tonight, the fiancee and daughter ordered Pizza Hut and I wasn't tempted at all.

I've been in ketosis the entire week. And I'm pretty sure that after another week of staying away from the Atkins bars, I'll be back to the weight that I was at before. Maybe even less.
