I think I need to hit more cardio. I really want to get in 30 minutes a day, but haven't been determined enough to make it happen. Hitting Curves at least twice a week and getting outside to work in the yard as much as possible. Overall still happy with the eating style, but not following it 100%. Yet, not cheating on bad carbs either, so I'm proud that I'm sticking with it!
250.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
