I recently found out I am expecting. I am overweight and cannot gain excess of 20lbs with the pregnancy, so I hope this walking helps maintain my weight and maybe lose a little of the extra I have at first. Afterwards, I hope to maintain the walking to remove the baby weight and continue to lose weight and be a healthy parent.
