WEll I measured today and haven't lost anything in inches. This past month has been bad for weight loss, my own fault so I'm not surprised. That said, I can definitely see a difference. It definitely a tighter, less flabby body. :) I also tried on the size 12 bridesmaid dress and it is looking much better. :)
