Ok...truth day... this is where I am. Its horrible and I've gone through so many emotions BUT... I heard two things that really set my head to thinking.

#1 I control what does and doesn't go into my mouth.
#2 I can not be 'trapped' and can make the change when I need to.

So today, I have remembered these words as I've walked by foods I'd love to stick in my mouth.

A year ago I weighed close to 200 lbs. Today I am 152...I can get this off, FF works and I know it! I've just have to make the decision to change my habits and cravings.

Would it help to go through the fat flush book again or read the fat flush foods and what each kind does? Have you kept track of what you are letting slip in your mouth that you don't feel you should be putting there? I know that you can do this. You didn't win that trip for nothing!
