Today I walked 4 miles at 9:30 - 11:30 am,
I ate breakfast at around 8am, two eggs (one yolk), fresh strawberry/banana mix and one piece of wheat toast with Dodies cranapple homemade jelly. I cooked the eggs with Pam.

For lunch I had a granola bar and a small mixed salad (greens, celery, carrots, apples) with a few slices of lunch meat and some milk

For mid day snack I had a flour tortilla with cheese (BAD). I always feel like crap after eating enriched flour or processed cheese. So I think I'll stop. Plus its not on "the plan" if I'm going to be the next Bachelorette.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
