So, it's been awhile.... Actually 2 months. So sorry for being away such a long time. Once I got sick a couple of months ago, it took me awhile to get back healthy, and then I lost track for a month. Glad it did not take me longer to realize I needed to start back asap. I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and got some good news. My Bad Colesterol has went from 380 too 170! Thats great news for me, but my overall colesterol is the same. I have seen a slight liver improvment also. My blood pressure was also fantastic! 130 over 70 heart rate 72! That is a very good thing for me my normal bp was in the 200's heart rate 90 or 100 resting. They forgot to weigh me :( otherwise I would have entered it here. But, I will weigh myself come monday morning. I really do need to work on quitting smoking, my lungs are already showing signs of copd. At 24 that is not something anyone would like to hear. I don't have another doctors appointment until March 2013, so I'm hoping to wow my doctor again come then. Monday I'm going to start the biggest loser 4-week at home challenge, it's going to be hard at first but I will make it. I have my mind planned to not think about how hard something is going to be, but how good I will feel afterwards, and the awards from acheiving all I need to do.
