Trying to get back to calorie counting again. Only eating medifast foods once in a while. Also trying ro exercise more. Tried Insanity workout several weeks ago but never had chance to do it again what with getting colds, etc. Incorporating more healthy foods. Fruits and veggies, smoothies.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
