good lord. i hate it when the kids leave their food at the table and i clean up. i ate an extra burger because of them. perhaps i shouldn't feed the masses when they are all about to leave for activities. live and learn. not too much over but not a good way to start things off. Eating out yesterday and double the dinner. at least exercising puts me in the right direction overall.
