ok so it's been a while since I've been on this and also a while since I've kept up any sort of steady healthy eating or exercise plan, I guess I didn't realise how much logging all the info actually helps...! Anyway here I am, 15 days before Christmas and a bit desperate to get in better shape, I have a few friends coming home this year who right now I would feel inferior beside (as I did last year too of course) and I'm determined for things to be different this time around...so, I have started today!! My plan is to do my Clare Nasir Bootcamp DVD at least four or five times a week when I can fit it in, it lasts an hr and twenty minutes and burns about 1000 calories..on the days I don't have the time ill do one of the levels from jillian michaels 30 day shred, and hopefully with banning all bad foods,drinks and cutting down on carbs I might see a bit of a difference this time two weeks!. I'm not allowing myself look in the mirror or check the scale, I find if I think I'm making progress I reward myself or take it as an excuse to miss a workout and I cannot have that happening this time...I might take measurements to be able to compare them when it comes to Christmas day, here's to hoping I don't feel like the lob I did last year!
