The exercise regimen I have chosen has Monday,Wednesday and Friday for Anaerobic workouts, and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for Cardio, with Sunday as the only full day off from both, so today is a "No Exercise Sunday". This is to become a new tradition for me. I have another tradition I began on the Sunday before last. When we go to Frisch's Big Boy restaurant for the Sunday Breakfast Buffet, I now ask my server to pick a number from a range of numbers I provide. After they do I ask them "Would you ask the server who has that table that when the guests are finished with meal, would she please bring me their bill...I will be paying for it and I wish to remain anonymous.", to which I get to experience a tremendous high for making somebody's day a little better. It's a great feeling. Perhaps one day they'll do the same or something bigger and better for someone else.

I am trying to figure out ways to Shed a Light on the Goodness of Others by Beginning with Me. Being an "Illuminator of the Acts of Us". An Axevus Star.

Today is a good day to live.
