In 2009 I lost 40 pounds on Weight Watchers original program. I regained (of course) and tried the new WW program with no effect. Have been back on the old WW program (self administered) for a week with good results. Am willing to try FatSecret to monitor my eating and exercise, but I like tracking WW points for safety sake.
