Pumped up about my quick weight loss. That's 9 lbs in 5 days and shooting for another 10 in the next 2 weeks!

Nice to hear from anothers' success. Keep up the great work. I began my excesrcise routine and I'm burning 500+ calories per workout. I've also noticed that I've managed my food intake a lot better since I began counting calories. May I suggest the Calorie Counter APP, I downloaded it to my phone and it's great. You can scan the barcodes of your foods and it automatically adds the calories to your totals, no need to go online if on the road. Thanks for the support and I hope we both end up losing lots of weight
