Sticking to diet. Running 100 cals over about half the time.

Started treadmill @ 2mph w/3 degree incline. Starting with 15 minute strolls. BG is looking good with new recorded lows in the118-123 range and averaging around 135. A big improvement for me.
288.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1491 kcal Fat: 58.35g | Prot: 99.70g | Carb: 130.33g.   Breakfast: Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, Yakult Light, Raw Fiber, Light Chocolate Milk Protein Shake (8.25 oz). Lunch: Nutrisystem cheese pasta, Lite Sliced Pear Halves, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Dinner: Avacado, Cucumber (Peeled), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Red Tomatoes, Kraft green, Red Onions, Chicken breast. Snacks/Other: Scotch, Hard Boiled Eggs. more...
