I have let go of recording every bite I have. I am thankful this program has helped me to understand my eating habits. After a month of successful eating and exercise I will continue to record my weight. Eating healthy has become common sense. We will see how this affects the goal I have set!!
187.5 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
