I completely did not follow the diet at all. Instead, I ate my feelings...donuts every day, snakey cakes, soda, cake, you name it, i ate it! I'm disgusted with myself and I feel tired, sluggish, and super depressed. Yuck! It's disgusting when your gut hangs out further than your boobs! that's me! Yuck!

Well at least your here holding yourself accountable. Now give yourself a kick and get back on plan Find your motivation. Get some fitness magazines, get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day, get some workout dvds from the library to try, get some diet and fitness books from the library, make an "inspiration board" from cork board (cheap at walmart) and put new recipes, quotes, pics,...whatever inspires you on it. Just think how amazing you will look by spring if you get started now. Good luck~
