I have been mostly eating Adkins bars and drinking Slimfast the last few days. I do have some snacks here and there and I am eating normal for me dinners. I am encouraged by the 2 pound loss. I am going to keep on the eating plan I started for a bit longer. I know I need to incorporate healthier foods. I feel the drive to exercise now too. Hopefully I can keep up with my plan this time. I just can't give up and keep getting fatter.
