Have eaten mostly Smartone's and lean cuisine meals. Not sure if I am ready to cook my own meals for points value. I have tried to eat my fruits and veggies.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.7 lb a week
