Grr its a bit upsetting when you're pretty sure that you've been good and done everything right, and then your scales tell you that not only have you not lost the weight you were expecting, but you've even gained a little bit. Not fair!

However, I tried hard not to let my own mini scales set back get me down and I even managed to confront my fears and embarrassment and go to the uni gym. 35 mins of gym exercise might not sound like much, but its more than I managed the last time and I felt really proud (and very sweaty!)

So I've decided to try to just focus on what I can do right and on my behaviour, rather than results, and just trust and hope that the scale will at least sometimes show me what I want to see!

Hope you're all having a good and successful day! Stay strong!

I think that is the best attitude to have :) Congratulations on what you've lost so far! Be proud of every ounce gone! :D Those darn scales really mess with my mind sometimes lol. It's great that you're working out! That will help a lot. I need to get back into the habit of exercising again. It really did help me in the beginning.

35 minutes of gym exercise is really excellent! I still feel way too self conscious to brave a gym so my hat's off to you.
