Dear ME!!!
Right!!!! I'm going to have to get serious with myself!! I've only got ONE BODY, ONE LIFE and I'm going to make the most of it!!! I've had two full knee replacements since last December and a visit to the Cardioligist today showed me I've just got to lose weight to live longer and I do want to see my wonderful grandchildren grow up!!!! Okay...stiff talking-to over!!!!
Now I'll get a move on!! I've started by reducing my dinner portion this evening and I'm drinking plenty of water to stave off any hunger pangs that are thinking about attacking me until I go to bed in three hours time!! I'm taking one day at a time!!!
