put up two and a half pounds due to christmas and not watching what I've eaten!!! Got a scare on the plane to London when I had to battle with the seat belt!!!! Eventually had to suck in my tummy while hubby forced the clasp shut!!! That really woke me up!!! I've already started back walking, can only manage 10 minutes before getting out of breath but this morning I achieved my first goal by walking the full 10 minutes without stopping to catch my breath!!! I'm so proud of myself!!! That's been a hard one on me but I'm so glad I've accomplished it AND with 3 days to spare!!! Last Wednesday was when I started walking and I'd given myself until next Wednesday to reach my goal! Now my next goal is to increase my walk by 5 minutes this week!! I've started following the Weightwatchers diet at home and so far I've stuck to it, but I need to keep reminding myself that I need to lose weight to live.
