Ugh, as you can see I slacked a bit on diet and exercise. Finished my first round of P90X and took a short break. Getting ready to start Insanity. Yay!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
