Today was my first weigh in at slender fit u and I officially started on Friday so it's been four days. I'm starving today and have no energy to work out. I'm going to use this platform to ensure I stay under 800 calories.

800 cal per day? it's not enough to pass the day I think you should do at least 1000 cal.

agreed...800 is so not enough. I have always been told if you wanna loose weight, take your weight times 7 and thats the calories you should have. To maintain your weight you should have your weight times 10.
