I'm loosing weigh but slowly...
I wanted to loose more by this weekend...
Maybe i have to eat less than 1000 calories per day...
138.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

on diet low calorie diet   gaining 10.8 lb a week


eating less than 1200 caleries daily actually slows your metabolism down. keep it around 1200 to 1500 and the weight will slowly come off.
