Thanksgiving parties. Desserts, wine, mashed potatoes, going back for seconds, etc. No-wheat is not cutting it, nor is increased exercising.
This week it is back to careful routine of meat/fish and vegetables/salad in reasonable portions I hope.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
