not too many people on here that'll read this. since i dont have any friends on here...

i seem too look smaller.. which is good....

but im not eating at all and just smoking all the time.

not the best approach. but its working.

Not eating eventually backfires on you, because you get so hungry, eventually when you do eat, the pounds come back on quickly. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is eat healthy and exercise. Everything you do to your body now, can effect your health and body as you get older. I know people who have week and brittle bones and their only in their 30's. Not eating can make your skin break out, your hair fall out and so many other things. Your better off with a 1000-1200 diet (lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies) and being active. Your body and future self with thank you for it. Also, your in low weight range, so it can be harder and take more work to get those pounds off. Take care of yourself! I'm sure you look amazing already.

I agree w/Suzi, that is not a good approach, if you keep that up, when you do eat, your body is going to start storing it because it thinks it's getting it's last meal. I read your profile and I see you don't like exercising (I can relate), there are little things you can do that don't feel like exercising - have you tried weights or the exercise ball? Honestly, when you start feeding your body and working out even if it's only 20 min (no running involved) at least 3 x's a week you will see that you can lose weight and eat all at the same time.

Hi there I agree with both Suzi and Mrs. H - I know you can do it the healthier way. There are lots of options that allow you to feed your body and still lose weight. Take care and know that we are going through the same thing and you do have people out here that care.
