I will record my weight every single morning for next 20weeks.Lets see what happens and I wont let the fluctuations on the scale kill my motivation.

Same as yesterday = 5

Lunch

Dinner
Bean soup = 3
Bread = 3
Egg = 2

Total = 8

Snack
Apple = 0
String cheese = 2
Crakers = 2

Total = 4

Total propoints for the day = 22
162.0 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
