Well last week I finally decided that this is it I am tired of looking and feeling the way I am so I am trying to work out 5 times a week and eat healthy. However my biggest weakness right now is ice cream. I have been or rather I thought I was lactose intolerant for the last 7 years. Turns out that it was a sugar allergy so now I am going crazy and having an ice cream bar almost every night. But I am aware of this so I am trying my best to do better and cut it out.
