I started here with a weight of 165 lbs (close guess, must weigh myself), and a goal to achieve 165 lbs. On the surface, it looks like I reached my goal, however, all through high school I was 135 lbs., no muscle. I have excess weight on my belly, so it is my goal to take the weight off there and develop muscle strength and tone, thereby maintaining the same weight.

I have no strength and no energy, and I have light, short sleeps at night, needing to nap up to twice daily. I have poor eating habits, not caring about what foods I eat. Other than weight on my stomach, I have little fat. Point blank, I am unhealthy and run down. A person does not have to be on the heavy side to be unhealthy, I need to diet (watch what I eat) and get fit as much as the next person. I suffer the results of years of physical neglect. This is about to change, I'm not in a hurry, just gradual and steady progress, allowing room to fall down and to get back up, I am here for the long haul, I am here to develop good, consistent, daily, healthy habits that will last until my final day!
