I don't know why I can't lose more weight than I have. It is frustrating and very discouraging.

Hello, I looked at your food diary. You look like you are doing very well. You might think of cutting out the Atkins Shakes and see if that makes a difference. Shakes & bars really slow me down. Oh and the processed meats seem to affect me as well. I stay away from ham, vienna's, deli meat etc. Also are you drinking plenty of water? I know that can really make a difference as well. You might try tweaking your diet a little each week to see what makes a difference for you. Good luck!

Hi Amanda123, I have always been a big water drinker. I really enjoy my iced water throughout the day. We have a farm and we do a lot of outdoor things so I get very thirsty. Because I am so busy out of the kitchen, I usually take along an Atkins shake just because they are convenient for me. I don't do much deli or processed meat because we have most of our own home raised. Sometimes I buy it just for the other members of the family because they are big sandwich(easy to make food) eaters. Thank you very much for the advice. Godd luck to you also!
