well I went out with a group and had a small dinner...but it included fries.....first in MONTHS....no dessert but one white wine....seems a shame but I don't anticipate any weight loss on my weigh in day tomorrow....we all have to make our choices....I still want to lose another four pounds by the end of the month....I must get serious now...well I am serious...now I have to get DEADLY serious
