1415 kcal Fat: 85.62g | Prot: 85.63g | Carb: 81.26g.   Breakfast: Salted Mixed Nuts with Peanuts. Lunch: Beef Chuck (Top Blade, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat) , Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, Brown Rice Tortillas. Dinner: Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Zucchini, Green String Beans, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sliced Muenster Cheese, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat). Snacks/Other: Dark chocolate with hazelnuts. more...
