I am off on an overnight camping trip with old friends. I don't anticipate a lot of eating, I'm bringing salad stuff and carrots and fruit and cream cheese and my friend is picking up bagels for breakfast. Its supposed to be pretty rainy today.
I'm trying to find clothes that fit. I think I packed away my larger stuff at the end of last summer. I feel like I'm making some progress. I think I'll try and get my 15 minutes of abs in as soon as I am done packing.
and I should find and fill that water bottle before I think I'm hungry when I'm not.
Here is to a relatively active and healthy day....
I forgot to weigh myself this morning before eating. I'll weigh myself monday... hoping for something in the 148 range. I know I'm about 150.... but I still have 2 weeks before the end of the month. I'm sore anyways.. that is a good sign - that I'm pushing myself a bit.
