I didn't get a chance to weigh in this morning as I had to drop a friend at the go station for 6:30. I did go swimming and do 24 laps, + some stretching.... so good start... followed by second breakfast and a butter tart.... its just that I haven't eaten one in a long time.
As for the weekend it was pretty much a dieting disaster. I spent a good bit of it driving in the car and my walking was low for me and camping. A wander along the beach, a hike to the lats, and a bit of a walk on Sunday. Food was yummy, but not exactly "on a diet food" - so... today we start again and hopefully start making some positive progress.
