Small Square rice cakes seem to be ingratiating themselves into my life in lieu of bread slices.
Breakfast: Two eggs, spinach, 1/3 cup low fat mozza cheese and one slice toast.
Lunch: Two rice cakes worth 1 point and 1 Slice no fat turkey breast and 1 tomato.
Snack: Two mandarin oranges and a carrot.
Dinner: Planned chicken and spinach manicotti.
I want to be down about eight pounds by next Tuesday if possible. Thinking this might be a little far fetched but at the same time not a bad idea to shoot for it regardless. Lots of exercize, lots of clean eating, and NO alcohol this week might just get me there.
