Yesterday went to the gym, worked on back, biceps, abs, and 30 min cardio.

Also, started to eat more meals, but smaller portions through the day. Trying to limit carbs, but not going the extreme with no carbs.
214.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.2 lb a week
