Dec 5, 2017 I was 125 lbs, my diet included McDonalds (flexible diet) VS feb 19, 2019 116lbs my diet included croissant 🥐 (flexible diet) the only difference a deficit diet and a maintenance diet is a couple hundred calories

Awesome, you lost the weight and got the maintenance down to perfection!!!/ I think I am the opposite when I lost the weight when I was 19, I kept it off to about age 37-44, then started gaining. Once I lose it, I think I will be able to handle maintenance.

I have told myself over and over again that if I want to maintain I must eat like this for the rest of my life and if my activity level decreases I must decrease calorie intake
