According to my email, I am starting Week 5 on NS. According to my reality - I am starting Week 4 on NS. Beginning this next week I will be flexing NS. I will be traveling to DC, NY, and Vermont and back home and know that I will not be able to eat my customary NS entrees for at least one meal each day. But I am planning ahead so that I stay on plan.
I am pleased with my weight loss to date - 8.5 pounds in 3 weeks. Hopefully by the time I return home I will have reached my first milestone (under 200).
